Recovery Orthotics
Orhotics for After Training or Sports
Get back to training faster and more efficiently, with orthotics that help your body recover from training and sport faster.
The one constant across all sports and activities, is that your body needs to recover to improve. The human body improves itself by responding to the ‘Progressive Overload Principle’.
The Progressive Overload Principle states: In order for a muscle to grow, strength to be gained, performance to increase, or for any similar improvement to occur, the human body must be forced to adapt to a tension that is above and beyond what it has previously experienced.
What this means, is as you're training, you often work your muscles just beyond their capabilities, which results in micro muscle and tissue damage. When you recover from that training session, your body rebuilds those damaged muscles and tissues to be a little stronger than they were before.
A recovery orthotic decreases abnormal stress and strain on overworked muscles, and lets your body recover faster, so you can get back to training. Coupling the proper recovery orthotic and running shoe are a staple in any athletes training regime to help them train harder and perform better!
Not Just For Athletes
Recovery orthotics are not just for athletes. They can be used by people of all walks of life to help decrease pain and promote a healthy lifestyle. In order to get the maximum benefit from these supports, we design them with the same care and attention as our sport specific ones. To further increase the effectiveness, we design them specifically to your body, your lifestyle, your needs, and your footwear.
