Genesa Fiorito – Sales and Marketing
Genesa moved to Hamilton in 2005 where she studied business and politics at McMaster University. Falling in love with the mountainous trails, broad sweeps of water and the down to earth people, the Hammer is where she calls home.
Genesa comes to DKOS most recently from the medical device industry. While there, she project coordinated sales contracts, which required the coordination of multimillion dollar business deals. In this role, she worked in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, gaining valuable experience. Attention to detail, coordination of large teams, and strong communication are skills she has well developed.
Here at DKOS, Genesa applies her skills to a wide range of roles. Keeping our patients updated with DKOS news, tips and advice, she is responsible for digital media and marketing content, which includes social media platforms and website development. She also coordinates DKOS workshops, talks and expos in the Hamilton and surrounding area.
Outside of work, Genesa has completed over 10 triathlons, from sprints to Ironman 70.3, with multiple podium finishes. She also loves backcountry camping in the summer and shredding powder on her snowboard in the winter.
Genesa’s experience in sales and marketing, passion for sports and talent for connecting with people, make her a great addition to the DKOS team.
